Role Description The SAP Implementation Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for leading and executing SAP implementations that support enterprise process optimization and digital transformation initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing current business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, configuring and customizing SAP modules (with an emphasis on SAP FICO and relevant supply chain components), and validating solutions through testing and user feedback. The specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to design scalable solutions, ensure alignment with organizational objectives,



and provide expert consulting guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include preparing documentation, supporting user training and change management, troubleshooting issues, and continuously identifying opportunities for business process improvement using SAP best practices. Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Business Process and Business Process Improvement, with the ability to analyze, map, and optimize enterprise workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including configuration, integration, and support of finance and controlling processes.
• Background in Consulting, with proven experience guiding stakeholders through requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation best practices.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes and their integration with SAP modules to support end-to-end operational efficiency.
• Experience implementing or supporting SAP in complex, enterprise environments; prior exposure to AI-driven or digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative setting, managing priorities and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are highly beneficial.
