Full-time / Contract / On-site Joining: Immediate Position Overview DQIPL is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team at Khed City for an immediate start. In this role, you will be the technical anchor on the ground for our massive Industrial Warehouse project. You will supervise daily workforce activities, manage materials, and translate structural and PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) layouts into physical reality. Working closely under the guidance of the Project-in-Charge, you will ensure all site activities adhere strictly to industrial engineering specifications, safety codes, and aggressive project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily warehouse construction activities, including excavation, heavy foundations, flooring (FM2/VDF floors), PEB erection, sheeting, and external infrastructure.
• Report progress directly to the Project-in-Charge, highlighting technical roadblocks, material shortages, or scheduling delays immediately.
• Coordinate in office subcontractors and laborers, detailing daily task handoffs and keeping operational productivity high.
• Execute rigorous quality assurance (QA/QC) checks on structural steel alignment, concrete mixes, flooring levels, and incoming raw materials.




• Conduct precise site measurements and setting out work, matching industrial layouts with surveying benchmarks.
• Maintain detailed daily site records, documenting labor attendance, material logs, machinery usage, and task completion percentages.
• Enforce company health and safety protocols (HSE) across the layout, guaranteeing a zero-incident work environment during heavy liftings and erections. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Experience:
2 to 5 years of verified field experience as a Site Engineer, with a strong background in industrial projects or PEB warehouse execution.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners only (maximum 7–15 days notice acceptable).
• Technical

Skills:
Strong proficiency in reading structural layouts, fabrication drawings, and bar bending schedules (BBS). Good command over AutoCAD.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of large-scale concrete flooring works, structural steel erection, and industrial drainage systems is highly preferred.
• Soft

Skills:
Active communication, quick analytical problem-solving under pressure, and natural leadership capabilities while dealing with a diverse workforce.
