Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida. The specialist will actively identify and engage prospective customers, promote home loan and insurance products, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, explaining product features and benefits, providing personalized financial solutions, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, participating in marketing campaigns, and attending training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, compliance requirements, and market trends. Qualifications
