Experience:
1-5 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Shift Timings: Night Shift(5 days WFO) Job Level: 2A/3A Designation: Senior Process Executive/Process Specialist Role purpose: Execute credit pipeline, onboarding, document and lifecycle processing while maintaining accurate books and records.

Key responsibilities
• Update approved capital-call and distribution pipeline information for cash-flow forecasting.




• Create entity, security, model-portfolio and referential data from approved documentation.
• Store and tag loan notices, trade confirmations, assignment agreements, pricing letters and capital-activity notices.
• Record rate resets, paydowns, margin changes, PIK events and other approved lifecycle transactions.
• Book routine fees, NAV and valuation inputs and prepare reconciliation outputs.
• Identify duplicates, missing documents, inconsistent attributes and high-impact exceptions. Domain knowledge and systems: Familiarity with loans, bonds, CLOs, structured credit and fund investments. Exposure to Sentry, SCD/SimCorp, ClearPar, DealCloud, TFM Capital Pipeline, ticketing and UDAs. Documents to Carry:
• Carry 2 printouts your updated resume.
• Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
• All original education documents needs to be available for verification.(10th, 12th, Graduation(Sem Wise Marksheet, CMM. Provisional and Original Degree) Pointers to note:
