- Logistics is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing freight pricing, quotations, and cost analyses for domestic and international shipments. The role involves coordinating daily logistics operations, including shipment planning, documentation, and liaising with carriers, agents, and customers to ensure timely deliveries. The executive will monitor operational performance, resolve service issues, and support continuous improvement in processes and customer service. Daily tasks also include maintaining accurate records,



tracking shipments, and collaborating with internal teams to align pricing strategies with operational capabilities. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle end-to-end logistics processes and ensure efficient workflow.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review costs, prepare competitive pricing, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and international trade practices is an advantage.
• Ability to work accurately under time constraints, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics-related software tools is preferred.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is desirable.
