Job Brief:

Seeking an experienced Product Management professional who is passionate about building products that customers love. Job Responsibilities:

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience. • Identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas to grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth. • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies. • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. • Prioritize activities based on business impact and customer needs. • Collaborate with engineering teams for quick time-to-market and optimal resource utilization. • Drive product launches, working with PR teams, executives, and other product management team members. • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product line strategy.

Skills Required:

• 4 to 5 Years’ Experience. • Proven work experience in product management • Track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.



• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. • Solid technical background with understanding of software development and web technologies. • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves. • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.

Role in one line: Product Manager (IC) for our internal business platforms, working with internal stakeholders across functions, 3 to 5 years of experience, Hyderabad, 6 days in office.

Must-haves:

• 2 to 3+ years in a genuine Product Management role on internal tools, enterprise platforms or B2B products. • Has taken at least one product through the full journey: discovery, requirements, build with engineering, UAT, rollout, adoption, and iteration. • Strong stakeholder management, including handling competing priorities from multiple business teams. • Enough technical understanding to work closely with engineering on workflows, integrations and data.

Good to have:

Domain exposure to supply chain, warehouse, retail operations, finance or HR systems. An engineering background. Experience driving adoption of a new tool among users who resisted change.

• 6 Days Working (Mon to Sat) • General Day Shift • Work From Office only, No WFH/Remote Working

Additional Information: • This is 6 days work from office role in Hyderabad • Planning for a Walk-in-Drive on 31st October 2026 (Mandatory) (No virtual interviews will be conducted)

Required Qualification: Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc. (Computer Science)), Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.), Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.), (MS or M.Tech) in Civil Engineering
