Job Level: 2A/3A

Designation: Senior Process Executive/Process Specialist

Role purpose:

Execute time-critical public-markets processing and data-control activities accurately, following approved procedures and escalating exceptions promptly.

Key responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain counterparties, SSIs, portfolios, accounts and approved static data.
- Capture, enrich, amend and cancel trades; support matching, confirmation,



settlement and daily status monitoring.
- Process routine corporate actions, margin/collateral activities, pricing feeds, reconciliations and P&L; data.
- Maintain confirmations, settlement records, control checklists and audit evidence.
- Identify missing data, unmatched trades, settlement breaks, pricing exceptions or recurring processing errors and escalate within defined thresholds.

Domain knowledge and systems:

Familiarity with listed and OTC products such as equities, fixed income, FX, money-market instruments, derivatives and securities lending.

Exposure to Murex, SCD/SimCorp, Bloomberg, Quantum/Cash Master, CTM/GTSS or comparable trade-processing and reconciliation platforms.

Skills:

Strong accuracy, deadline discipline, documentation and basic break investigation.

Working Excel/data-analysis capability and explicit written escalation.
