About CASEGEARCASEGEAR is a growing D2C accessories brand looking for a creative Video Editor Intern who understands not just editing, but also what makes a video grab attention, retain viewers, and convert into sales.

What You’ll Do

- Edit high-quality videos for Meta Ads, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
- Create scroll-stopping ads using solid hooks, engaging storytelling, fast-paced cuts, sound design, and effective pacing.
- Edit videos based on ad strategies, target audiences, campaign objectives, and performance marketing requirements.
- Work on product ads, UGC-style creatives, lifestyle videos, and brand campaigns.
- Experiment with different hooks, editing styles, and creative variations to improve ad performance.
- Stay updated with viral trends, winning ad formats, and creative strategies followed by leading D2C brands.

Requirements




- Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of hooks, audience retention, storytelling, and performance-driven video editing.
- Ability to turn raw footage into engaging creatives designed to drive clicks and conversions.
- Understanding of Meta Ads creatives and social media trends.
- A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating your editing skills.
