The brand designs for people in India, the UAE, and the UK who value distinctive, practical, and durable pieces over fast-changing trends. As the brand prepares to launch, it is building a team to shape its visual identity and digital experiences.

Role Description This full-time remote UI Designer role is responsible for creating intuitive, visually cohesive interfaces that reflect Crisp and Chip’s aesthetic and values across web and mobile touchpoints. The UI Designer will collaborate with brand, marketing, and product stakeholders to translate concepts into wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. Day-to-day tasks include designing layouts and components, refining design systems, preparing design assets, and ensuring consistency across digital experiences.

The role involves working closely with UX and front-end collaborators to align visual design with user needs,



accessibility standards, and implementation constraints. The UI Designer will also contribute to ongoing iteration based on user feedback, performance data, and evolving brand direction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Visual Design and User Interface Design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and composition.
- Candidates should possess experience creating detailed Mockups and interactive prototypes using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, including user flows, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Front-End Development concepts (HTML, CSS, responsive design) to ensure designs are feasible and implementation-ready.
- Candidates should possess strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess a portfolio showcasing relevant UI work for web and mobile; experience in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
