About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Ayurvedic therapies, massages, and Panchakarma treatments as per prescribed protocols.
- Prepare therapy rooms with oils, herbs, linens, and required equipment.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and guest safety.
- Guide guests through treatments and provide post-therapy care instructions.
- Work closely with Ayurvedic doctors and consultants.
- Monitor inventory of oils, herbs, and therapy supplies.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certification in Ayurveda Therapy, Panchakarma Therapy, or Ayurveda Nursing from a recognized institute.




- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Kerala Panchakarma and Traditional Ayurvedic Therapies.
- Good understanding of Doshas, Marma points, and Ayurvedic treatment protocols.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Professional, guest-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in luxury wellness centers, Ayurveda retreats, resorts, or premium spas.
