## 1. Background

We are looking for an ambitious technical co-founder for an early-stage deep-tech venture working on high-power microwave systems, RF engineering, and advanced electromagnetic technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a solid R&D; background and the ambition to build technology, intellectual property, and a company from the ground up.

## 2. Things to Know

- Education: MS/M.Tech./PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetics, Antenna Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Desirable to have 5+ years of experience in RF/microwave engineering, high-power microwave systems, antenna design, phased arrays, beamforming, high-frequency electronics, or electromagnetic systems R&D.; Exceptional candidates with less experience are also welcome.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of at least three relevant areas, including RF/microwave engineering, antenna design, phased arrays, beamforming, high-power microwave systems, electromagnetic simulation,



RF circuit design, or system-level modelling.
- Tools: Experience with Ansys HFSS, CST Studio Suite, FEKO, COMSOL, Keysight ADS, AWR, MATLAB/Simulink, or Python would be valuable.
- Founder Mindset: Ability to take technical ownership, conduct research, simulate, prototype, test, solve open-ended problems, and build a technology roadmap. Prior startup experience, patents, publications, or hardware development from scratch would be a plus.
- Compensation & Equity: No fixed salary initially; market-competitive compensation is planned following successful fundraising. Equity participation of up to 25% may be offered, depending on experience, commitment, responsibilities, and contribution.
