As a Talent Acquisition | Founding TA, you will spearhead our hiring strategy from the ground up, shaping our talent pipeline and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for a high-growth SaaS startup. You will partner with engineering, product, and leadership teams to understand both current and future hiring needs, leveraging data-driven insights to craft tailored recruiting approaches that align with our organizational culture and scaling goals.

Your role will encompass end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiations, as well as the development and execution of HR operational frameworks that enhance employee experience and retention. You’ll be a key advocate for our brand, continually refining our employer value proposition and ensuring we attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.

- Design and implement a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with product, market, and revenue goals.
- Source, assess, and secure top engineering, product, and sales talent through innovative channels and applicant tracking systems.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop role-specific competency models and interview playbooks.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners, universities,



and industry communities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire) to continuously improve processes.
- Develop and enforce HR operational systems, policies, and processes that support a high-performance workforce.
- Champion employee experience initiatives, from onboarding to feedback loops, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
- Represent the company at career fairs, tech meetups, and industry conferences to enhance employer brand visibility.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices to keep the organization competitive.

- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fast-growing SaaS startups.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end recruiting across multiple roles and levels.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute scalable HR operational frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a bias for action in ambiguous environments.
- Deep understanding of employee experience principles and onboarding best practices.
