Role Description<

/strong> This is a full-time hybrid role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Nashik, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities for technology and IT-related roles. Daily responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through multiple channels, and ensuring a smooth and qualified candidate experience.

The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives,



preparing job descriptions, managing recruitment-related documentation, and providing data-driven insights on hiring trends and market conditions. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to meet staffing timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage full-life cycle recruiting and recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Experience with interviewing processes and coordinating structured, fair, and consistent interviews.
- Skills in hiring and employer branding to attract and retain qualified talent.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with IT roles, technology stacks, and current trends in the IT talent market.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably within IT or technology-focused environments.
