Job Summary

We are urgently looking for an experienced Store In-Charge to manage store operations, inventory, and material movement for our MEPF project in Bangalore. Candidates with experience in the fire fighting or MEP industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and maintain proper inventory records.
- Handle material inward and outward entries, including GRN, material issue slips, and stock registers.
- Maintain records of materials received, issued, returned, and transferred to project sites.
- Coordinate with purchase, project, and site teams for material requirements.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and safety of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, and damaged materials.
- Verify materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




- Maintain proper documentation and submit stock reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / Graduate qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in store management, preferably in MEPF or fire fighting projects.
- Knowledge of fire fighting and MEP materials, fittings, valves, pipes, sprinklers, hydrants, and related accessories.
- Experience in inventory management, inward/outward entries, and stock reconciliation.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Solid coordination, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
