Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring that merchandising and visual displays align with brand standards. This role includes managing customer appointments, providing personalized service to bridal and couture clients, handling inquiries, and coordinating with the design and production teams as needed.

Manager monitors inventory levels,



manages stock replenishment, and implements retail loss prevention measures. The role also involves tracking store performance, supporting sales targets, training and guiding store staff, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on luxury or high-end retail clients.
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proven Store Management experience, including day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and sales performance oversight.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard merchandise and ensure accurate inventory management.
- Previous experience in fashion, bridalwear, or luxury retail is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Hyderabad and adapt to a fast-paced, client-centric workplace.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
