We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Snr. Manger - Demand Generation / Marketing to lead Pixelo's demand generation function. This role will be responsible for driving pipeline growth through outbound and inbound channels, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring alignment between Marketing and Sales to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall demand generation strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
- Own and optimise multi-channel outbound campaigns across Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Lead inbound demand generation initiatives through SEO, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the Demand Generation team.
- Drive SQL, MQL, meetings booked, and pipeline generation targets.
- Partner with Sales and Content teams to improve messaging, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement optimisation strategies.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage client interactions and present campaign performance and strategic recommendations.




- Contribute hands-on to prospecting, client calls, and key growth initiatives when required.

Qualifications:

- Must have completed the Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management and relevant fields.
- 6 - 12 years of relevant work experience in B2B SaaS Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Sales Development.Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong expertise in outbound lead generation, SEO, Paid Ads, and Marketing Automation.
- Hands-on experience with Email, Cold Calling, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach.
- Experience with tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, Apollo, Lusha, Clay, Phantombuster, SendGrid, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Prior experience leading and scaling high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a solid ownership mindset.
