Role Description The Site Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhopal. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, including monitoring work progress, coordinating activities among technicians, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring adherence to project schedules.

The Site

Supervisor will implement safety procedures, conduct regular inspections, and maintain compliance with company standards and local regulations. Key tasks include supervising material handling, resolving on-site issues, maintaining accurate records and reports, and communicating status updates to project managers and senior leadership. The role also involves supporting quality control efforts, guiding team members,



and ensuring that site activities align with project specifications and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and team coordination skills, with experience managing day-to-day operations at industrial or construction sites.
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices, including hazard identification, incident reporting, and enforcement of secure work methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, project plans, and work instructions, and to translate them into clear tasks for site personnel.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting, including work logs, material usage, progress reports, and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills for handling on-site challenges and maintaining project timelines.
- Prior experience in paper, forest products, manufacturing, or related industrial environments is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field is preferred; relevant site experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
