About HexaspaceHexaspace is an Ahmedabad-based interior design company founded by a CEPT-qualified architect with over 10 years of experience and 350+ projects delivered. Supported by a team of 15+ professionals, we are building a robust foundation for growth and expanding our presence in the interior design and execution industry.

We are looking for passionate and experienced Site Supervisors who can take ownership of interior project execution, maintain high-quality finishing standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior execution activities across assigned project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, vendors, and other site teams.
- Read and interpret interior drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, manpower deployment, material availability, and daily progress.
- Ensure quality workmanship, accurate measurements, proper installation, and finishing standards.
- Identify site issues, resolve execution challenges, and escalate critical delays when required.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), snag lists, site photographs, and other project documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely completion of pending and rectification work.




- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth execution from start to handover.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in interior site supervision or construction execution.
- Ability to independently read interior drawings and understand BOQs.
- Practical knowledge of plywood, laminates, woodwork, tiles, false ceilings, electrical, and plumbing work.
- Strong contractor management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of site quality, finishing, measurements, and project timelines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, daily reporting, and site documentation.
- Strong communication, accountability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
