Role Description The Senior Electrical Design Engineer is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City. The role involves leading the electrical design for medium and large-scale projects, including preparing detailed design calculations, single line diagrams, layouts, and equipment specifications. The individual will coordinate with project managers, other design disciplines, and site teams to ensure designs are practical, compliant with codes and standards, and aligned with client requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and validating electrical load lists, power distribution schemes, and protection systems, as well as resolving technical queries during execution. The role also includes mentoring junior engineers,



participating in design reviews, and supporting tender documentation and technical proposals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Design Engineering for medium and large-scale projects.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering and Electricity fundamentals, including relevant codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Power Distribution systems, load calculations, and selection of electrical equipment.
- Candidates should have proficiency with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP or similar) and MS Office tools.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate experience in EPC/MEP projects, preferably in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.
- Candidates should have strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Candidates should be able to communicate clearly with clients and internal stakeholders and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
