Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive admissions, generate revenue, manage prospective students, and achieve monthly sales targets for our professional training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into admissions through calls, follow-ups, and counselling.
- Conduct online course demonstrations and explain programme benefits, fees, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and working professionals on Clinical Research, Medical Coding, Bioinformatics, and other life-science programmes.
- Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue collection targets.
- Manage the complete sales funnel, from lead generation to admission closure.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to improve conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-up schedules, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team, trainers,



and placement department to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain a healthy pipeline for future conversions.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Solid follow-up and objection-handling capabilities.
- Experience in education sales, edtech, training, or consultative selling preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.

Qualification Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. MBA in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.

- Consistent lead follow-ups, demos, and prospect conversions.
