Role Description The Senior Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and optimizing HR processes to support a growing, technology-driven organization. This role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and global best practices. The specialist will manage employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, performance management coordination, employee engagement, and offboarding.

Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing employee benefits administration, advising on personnel matters, supporting leadership in workforce planning,



and ensuring compliance with labor and employment standards. The role also contributes to HR data reporting, continuous process improvement, and the design of programs that promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with experience in HR Management for technology or consulting organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies that align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including handling employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution with tact and fairness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote and distributed teams.
- Experience using HRIS tools and HR analytics to support data-driven decisions and reporting.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to remote and international workforces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work independently, handle confidential information responsibly, and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
