Key Responsibilities
▪️ Expand and manage the DSA and channel partner network.
▪️ Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
▪️ Drive loan business growth and achieve sales targets.
▪️ Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
▪️ Monitor partner performance and drive productivity.
▪️ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
▪️ Analyze sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
What We’re Looking For
▪️ Experience in loan sales, NBFCs, financial services, or channel sales.
▪️ Knowledge of DSA management and business development.
▪️ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
