Cyrostack IT Solutions is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive with excellent English communication to join our remote team.

This is a night shift role. Full-time or contract — your choice.

What you'll do:

- Connect with leads over calls
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right solution
- Drive conversions and close sales
- Follow up consistently and report on your progress

What we're looking for:

- 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, telecalling or inside sales (freshers will not be considered)
- Excellent spoken English — transparent, confident and professional on calls
- Experience understanding customer needs and closing
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Discipline with follow-ups and reporting
