Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily sales activities, including engaging visitors, explaining offerings, and assisting with lead generation and follow-ups.

Responsibilities include helping execute marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities on-site, and supporting social media and event-based marketing initiatives. The role involves coordinating with customer service and operations teams, gathering customer feedback, and contributing ideas to improve visitor experience and brand visibility. The intern will also assist with basic reporting,



data entry related to sales and marketing performance, and participate in training sessions to better understand products, services, and sales processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and ensure a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills with an interest in Sales Management to support lead generation, conversions, and basic reporting.
- Candidates should possess the ability to learn quickly and participate in Training activities related to products, services, and sales techniques.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing awareness, with an interest in digital and event-based marketing in a consumer entertainment setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in office in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, including evenings, weekends, and event days as required.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to taking initiative and contributing ideas.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
