- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in IT contract staffing or skilled staffing services.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing recruitment teams.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team of approximately five recruiters.
- Strong understanding of contract staffing, contingent workforce hiring, and client-driven recruitment delivery.
- Proven experience managing GCC and product-based clients.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, diverse technologies, and competing hiring priorities effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Client interaction experience is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment portals, MS Excel, and recruitment MIS reporting.
- Location: Bangalore-based candidates only.
- Availability: Immediate joiners only.
