Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Rengali.

The Project

Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project activities, managing contractor and stakeholder communications, and monitoring progress through regular site visits and reports. The role involves preparing project plans, allocating resources, managing risk and change,



and resolving issues that may impact timelines or costs.

The Project

Manager will also collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong project planning and management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination.
- Experience in construction project execution, preferably in power plants, buildings, roadworks, or transmission lines.
- Knowledge of safety standards, quality control processes, and regulatory compliance in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and basic office software for reporting and documentation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with skill in leading cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address site challenges and project risks promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar supervisory role in construction is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rengali and maintain a consistent presence at project locations.
