About the Role

We are looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Ghostwriter to help us develop and write a high-quality, professionally structured book.

The ideal candidate should have excellent storytelling abilities, strong research skills, and experience transforming ideas, personal experiences, interviews, and rough notes into engaging, well-written books.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the author to understand their ideas, experiences, vision, and objectives.
- Conduct interviews and research to gather relevant information.
- Develop the book’s concept, structure, chapter outlines, and content.
- Transform rough notes, conversations, and ideas into compelling narratives.
- Write original, engaging, and professionally polished content.
- Maintain a consistent writing style and tone throughout the book.
- Edit, revise, and improve manuscripts based on feedback.
- Ensure originality, confidentiality, and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of professional writing or ghostwriting experience.
- Proven experience writing books, biographies, autobiographies, memoirs, or nonfiction.
- Excellent English writing, grammar, and storytelling skills.
- Strong interviewing, research, and communication abilities.




- Ability to capture the author’s personality, voice, and perspective.
- Experience managing complete book-writing projects from concept to final manuscript.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Robust commitment to confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with entrepreneurs, business leaders, or professionals.
- Experience writing inspirational, motivational, business, or personal journey books.
- Previous experience with published books.
- Ability to write in both English and Hindi would be an advantage.

Important Requirements

- Applicants must provide samples of previously written books or manuscripts.
- Previous ghostwriting experience is strongly preferred.
- The selected writer must be comfortable working under a confidentiality agreement (NDA).
- All intellectual property and publishing rights will belong to the client upon completion and payment, as agreed in the contract.
- The writer’s name will not appear on the published book unless mutually agreed.
