Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in New Delhi. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of industrial fire detection and suppression projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and progress tracking. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal engineering, procurement, and logistics teams, as well as external vendors, inspectors, and client representatives to ensure timely delivery and installation of systems.

The role involves managing expediting activities, monitoring inspections, resolving project issues, and maintaining explicit documentation and reporting for all project milestones.



The Project Manager will also support compliance with industry standards and client specifications, while driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications

- Project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination
- Expediting and Expeditor experience to track, follow up, and accelerate procurement, fabrication, and delivery activities
- Inspection and quality control skills to coordinate and review technical inspections and ensure compliance with standards
- Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, scheduling, and on-site delivery in coordination with vendors and contractors
- Experience in industrial projects, preferably in fire detection, fire suppression, or related safety systems
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities
- Effective communication skills and work experience with industrial clients like IOCL/HPCL/EIL etc
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and safety practices is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and visit client locations as required
