Role Description The Premier Client Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing relationships with key clients and ensuring their business development needs are met. This position involves understanding client goals, coordinating consulting and promotional activities, and monitoring portfolio performance.

Manager will regularly communicate with clients, prepare progress reports, and recommend strategies to support growth.



The role includes collaborating with internal teams to deliver services, resolving client issues promptly, and identifying opportunities for additional support and value creation.

Qualifications

- Solid client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Experience in business development, consulting, or advisory services, preferably with micro, small, or medium enterprises.
- Knowledge of promotion, portfolio management, and basic marketing concepts relevant to growing client businesses.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client performance and recommend actionable strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
