We are looking for a motivated US Non-IT Recruiter to join Zaldern Staffing. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing, communication, and candidate management skills, along with an understanding of the US staffing market and industry-specific hiring requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions across the US market.
- Understand job descriptions, hiring requirements, mandatory qualifications, experience levels, and client expectations.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, resume databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Use Boolean search techniques and targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, industry knowledge, communication skills, salary expectations, location, and availability.
- Evaluate candidate suitability against job requirements before submitting profiles to clients.
- Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, interview feedback, follow-ups, and offer discussions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for active and upcoming positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity, and follow-up schedules in the ATS or recruitment tracker.




- Develop an understanding of US job markets, industry terminology, job titles, and relevant professional qualifications.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal recruitment teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Meet recruitment KPIs related to sourcing, qualified submissions, interview conversion, and placements.
- Work during US business hours and coordinate effectively with US-based clients and hiring teams.

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE

Candidates should have experience recruiting for one or more of the following non-IT sectors:

Construction and Engineering

Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Project Engineers, and other construction professionals.

Manufacturing and Industrial

Quality Assurance Managers, Quality Engineers, Production Managers, Plant Managers, and Maintenance professionals.

Legal

Paralegals, Legal Assistants, Litigation Support professionals, and other legal staff.

Healthcare

Healthcare administration, clinical support, and other relevant non-IT healthcare positions.

Other Professional and Commercial Roles

Operations, supply chain, logistics, finance, administration, and customer service.

The ability to understand industry-specific job requirements and distinguish qualified candidates from general applicants is essential.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

- Previous experience in US non-IT recruitment or US staffing.
- Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, candidate screening, and client submissions.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn,



Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Knowledge of Boolean search, keyword optimization, and resume evaluation.
- Ability to interpret job descriptions and assess candidate-job alignment.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize urgent requirements.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases.
- Willingness to work onsite in Hyderabad during the US night shift.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience recruiting for US construction, manufacturing, legal, or other specialized non-IT roles.
- Understanding of US employment terminology, professional certifications, and industry-specific qualifications.
- Experience working with US staffing agencies, direct clients, or recruitment teams.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

- Quality and relevance of candidate submissions.
- Ability to source and screen candidates against client requirements.
- Recruitment pipeline management and timely follow-ups.
- Interview scheduling and candidate engagement.
- Achievement of assigned recruitment targets and placements.
- Accuracy of ATS records and compliance with internal recruitment processes.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full time, onsite position based in Hyderabad, India. The selected candidate must be comfortable working night shifts aligned with US business hours and collaborating with a team handling US-based recruitment assignments.
