As a Manager HR, you will spearhead the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process, focusing on scaling our technical workforce efficiently while ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your role will also involve refining the candidate journey from first touchpoint to placement, leveraging data‑driven insights to optimize sourcing channels and reduce time‑to‑hire. Additionally you will serve as the primary touchpoint for new hires, ensuring they are integrated into the organization’s culture and structure rapidly and effectively.
