Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Jewellery Sales Executive / Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in the jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent jewellery product knowledge, strong sales skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

- Explain gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products, designs, quality, and pricing.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and increase store sales.

- Build strong relationships with existing customers and attract new customers.

- Handle high-value customers and provide excellent customer service.

- Maintain knowledge of gold rates, jewellery trends, and new collections.

- Manage customer enquiries, complaints, exchanges, and order follow-ups.

- Ensure proper handling, display, and security of jewellery.

- Maintain accurate sales records and customer details.





- Guide and motivate junior sales staff to improve their performance.

- Coordinate with the store manager and team to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Maintain showroom standards and deliver a premium shopping experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in jewellery sales.

- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and precious jewellery.

- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

- Positive negotiation and relationship-building skills.

- Experience handling VIP customers and high-value transactions.

- Leadership and team management skills are an advantage.

- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Candidate :

- Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery showrooms or jewellery retail brands.

- Experience in premium jewellery sales and customer relationship management.

- Ability to manage sales independently and support team growth.
