Role Description The Junior MEPF Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Gandhinagar. This position involves assisting in the design, coordination, and implementation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire-fighting systems for residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include reviewing drawings, preparing basic layouts, supporting load calculations, and coordinating with senior engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent and compliance with codes and standards.

The role includes site visits to monitor installation quality, documenting progress, supporting troubleshooting of system issues, and updating reports and technical records.



The Junior MEPF Engineer also helps in material estimation, vendor coordination, and adherence to project schedules and safety requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire-fighting (MEPF) concepts, including basic design principles and building services.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, architectural plans, and technical specifications; familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Proficiency in CAD or similar design software, with basic skills in drafting and preparing layouts for MEPF systems.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to support calculations, identify issues on-site, and recommend practical solutions.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills for documentation, reporting, and tracking project progress.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
- Willingness to work on-site in Gandhinagar, conduct regular site inspections, and follow safety practices and company procedures.
- Prior internship or 0–2 years of experience in MEPF or building services engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
