- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build high‑performing, inclusive teams and mentor senior engineers.
- Experience managing multi‑disciplinary Agile teams across geographies.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
- Familiarity with modern tools such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and observability stacks.
- Passion for staying current with emerging technologies and evaluating their business relevance.
