Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Durgapur, focused on managing and supporting refurbished laptop operations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include inspecting and testing laptops, installing and updating software, performing basic repairs or coordinating with technicians, and preparing devices for display and sale. The role also involves assisting customers in-store with product selection, explaining laptop specifications, and providing clear information about warranties and after-sales support.

The individual will help maintain inventory records, update product listings, and support overall store organization and cleanliness.



Collaboration with the store team to improve customer experience and streamline processes is expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess basic technical skills related to laptops, such as understanding common hardware components, operating systems, and standard software installations.
- Candidates should have customer service and communication skills to explain product features clearly, handle questions, and support customers in making informed decisions.
- Candidates should demonstrate organizational and record-keeping abilities for managing inventory, documenting device status, and maintaining accurate store information.
- Candidates should have problem-solving skills and attention to detail for identifying laptop issues, following troubleshooting steps, and ensuring quality before sale.
- Relevant experience in retail, electronics, or computer service environments is beneficial, along with basic computer literacy and willingness to learn technical procedures.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional certifications or training in computer hardware, IT support, or electronics repair are an advantage.
