We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for MBA/PGDM freshers specializing in Human Resources who want practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management within a growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and hiring timelines.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain recruitment databases.
- Track candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist in improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

HR Operations & Administration

- Support employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance data, recruitment trackers, and HR reports.
- Assist with HR documentation, internal communication, and day-to-day administrative activities.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and processes.

Employee Engagement & Employer Branding

- Assist in planning employee engagement and team-building initiatives.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.




- Help improve the candidate experience and strengthen the company's employer brand.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support employee satisfaction and workplace effectiveness.

Eligibility Criteria

- MBA/PGDM fresher specializing in Human Resources or Human Resource Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel, and Google Workspace is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced startup setting.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Freshers are welcome. Prior corporate HR experience is not mandatory.
