Role Description The Human Resources Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination in alignment with company policies.

Executive will handle employee relations, support performance management processes, and assist with grievance resolution in a fair and transparent manner. This role includes developing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and supporting recruitment activities such as screening candidates and scheduling interviews.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR functions.




- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and build trust.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including drafting, implementing, and maintaining policy frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, use sound judgment, and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools, spreadsheets, and basic data reporting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in a startup or tech/SaaS environment is a plus.
