Location: Surat (WFO)

Experience: 1-3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources, Business

Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA HR preferred)

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Handle job postings across job portals and social media platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives through LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Assist in creating engaging recruitment campaigns, hiring posts, and employee success stories.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, celebrations,

rewards & recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and support smooth onboarding processes.




- Address employee queries and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in performance management, training, and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.

Requirements :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of social media recruitment and employer branding.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and content creation.
- Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
