Our new home loan vertical works on the buyer's side through the biggest purchase of their life, from the first conversation to the final disbursement.

About the Role

As a Home Loan Advisor, you will manage each assigned customer end to end, following a defined process so every customer receives a consistent, high-quality experience. Leads are provided by us. You are not expected to source customers. You are measured on the quality of service you deliver.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct introductory calls with new leads, and understand each customer's requirements, profile and timelines
- Present loan options and recommendations clearly, and address customer questions before they make a decision
- Collect and verify documents, and follow up with customers daily until each file is complete
- Coordinate with bankers on file progress and queries, including occasional bank visits (about 2 to 3 per month)
- Prepare property and documentation assessments using our internal tools, and explain the findings to customers
- Walk customers through their property agreements and handle their questions and concerns with confidence
- Guide customers on the tax perks available on their home loan
- Support customers through sanction and disbursement, and maintain accurate records for the life of the loan

Training on property assessments, agreements and tax planning is provided. We value willingness to learn over prior knowledge.





Before You Apply

- The work is process-driven and repetitive once you have learned it. We are looking for people who take pride in consistent, high-quality execution.
- This is a long-term role. We are looking for candidates who want to grow with us.
- This is a full-time, in-office role, 5 days a week, in Mumbai. Remote and hybrid options are not available.
- Compensation: up to Rs 6 LPA, negotiable for exceptional candidates.

Requirements

- 0 to 2 years in home loans at a bank, housing finance company or DSA. Freshers are welcome if they have a working understanding of home loans or are confident they can learn the role quickly
- Clear, confident communication in English and Hindi. Additional languages are a strong plus
- Uses AI tools daily for work, and can check and refine AI-generated output before relying on it
- Strong organisational skills, with consistent follow-through on every task
- A customer-first approach and high standards of integrity
- Available to join immediately or at short notice
- Based within commuting distance of our Mumbai office

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Economics, Finance or Management (B.Com, BMS, BAF, BBI, BFM, BBA, BA Economics or similar)
- Working knowledge of home loan documentation, eligibility, FOIR, LTV and CIBIL
- Prior customer-facing experience in retail banking, housing finance, real estate, insurance or financial services
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for tracking and reporting
