About the Role

YASH is looking for a Head of Enterprise Technology to join the Office of the CEO and help reimagine how we transform technology to enable our business.

This role has multiple mandates: (1) Understand the core YASH business and build trust with global leadership, (2) Work in a phased approach to build and transform the enterprise technology function, and (3) Re-imagine enterprise technology for the world of AI. We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively in a matrixed organization and lead through empathy and influence. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of three days per week onsite and travel as needed (~10%).

What You’ll Do

Partner with the Business

- Understand the core business, provide solutions that transform business processes, and showcase internal solutions to YASH customers.
- Deliver the Enterprise Technology vision and operating model, anchored to YASH's business strategy while serving as a technology thought leader to the CEO.
- Turn unclear problems into clear processes, owners, and measures, and keep those processes light enough to be used.
- Keep core systems reliable while moving the function forward in practical, incremental steps that the business can absorb.

Establish and Collaborate On Enterprise Technology

- Set and establish baseline and innovative standards for architecture, security, data, integration, and service management.
- Establish and run a product led operating model using innovative and agentic ways of working.
- Govern and manage the global application portfolio.




- Manage Enterprise Technology spend and make build vs. buy decisions.
- Lead a core team in a matrix model, manage vendors and sourcing, and attract people who want to be business enablers, not order takers, and work in a “fail fast and learn” model.

Establish and Manage Security, Data, Infrastructure, and Service Management

- Work collaboratively to transform, manage, and govern enterprise data to drive real time business decisions.
- Establish and manage enterprise wide role-based access, security, and manage regulatory compliance.
- Establish global service management, service levels, and operations so application support and management is predictable, measured, and trusted, without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Be accountable for keeping YASH infrastructure reliable, secure, cost effective, and incrementally improving.

Lead with Empathy and Roll Up Your Sleeves

- Be ok not directly owning all functions on day 1, building credibility and trust, and working collaboratively to create positive outcomes.
- Read people well, build real relationships, and understand what each leader and team needs before proposing a solution.
- Bring ideas and outside perspective, question "how we have always done it," and make the case with evidence and empathy.
- Be comfortable building a prototype, configuring a workflow, analyzing a cost model, or writing the standard yourself. Use delegation to multiply your impact, not to avoid the work.

What You’ll Need (Required)

- 12+ years of experience in global enterprise technology, product management, and IT service management.
- History of standing up or materially rebuilding an enterprise technology function, ideally in a founder-led, PE-backed, or rapidly scaling organization.
- Experience delivering through partners,



outsourced providers, or internal service organizations, with explicit service levels and accountability.
- Technical credibility from architecture, design, hands on delivery, to product management.
- Strong business judgment and high EQ with the ability to advise, constructively challenge, and influence senior leaders.
- Practical experience applying AI in an enterprise from business processes to engineering, development, and support.
- Comfort operating in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment with exposure to senior leadership.
- Experience owning and shaping a technology budget and P&L.;
- Working knowledge of security, access control, data privacy, and a record of working to make them real in enterprises.
- Track record of working across multiple geographies and experience in professional services.

Compensation & Benefits

YASH Technologies offers a competitive and comprehensive Cost to Company (CTC) package, commensurate with the candidate’s experience, expertise, and the strategic importance of the role.

The compensation structure includes fixed pay and a performance-linked variable incentive, with the opportunity to earn up to 120% of the eligible incentive amount, subject to individual and organisational performance.

In addition, YASH offers a comprehensive benefits programme, including medical insurance for employees and their families, parental medical insurance, group personal accident coverage, performance-based rewards and recognition, and other employee benefits as per company policy.

For the right candidate, compensation will not be a constraint. The final package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, capabilities, and overall fit for the role.
