Role Description The Inside Sales Intern role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the sales team in driving new business opportunities. On a day-to-day basis, the role includes engaging with potential and existing customers via email, phone, and virtual meetings to understand their needs, present product information, and schedule demonstrations for senior sales staff. The intern will help monitor customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries, gathering feedback,



and collaborating with customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and nurture prospects.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to support a positive client experience and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Robust Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams in a professional manner.
- Basic understanding of technology or interest in enterprise AI solutions is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
