- Code Compliance: Ensure all designs follow safety rules and local building standards.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate mechanical plans.

Required Skills And Software

- AutoCAD & Revit: Use computer-aided design tools to draft precise 2D and 3D schematics.
- Calculation Tools: Run programs like HAP or Hevacomp for thermal load analysis.
- BIM Knowledge: Apply Building Information Modeling for up-to-date construction coordination.
- Technical Writing: Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), technical reports, and tender documents
- Qualifications
- Education: Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or building services engineering.
- Experience: Bring 3 to 5 years of practical background in mechanical design or consulting.
