Role Description The Founder’s Office Int ern will support the founding team across strategic, operational, and analytical activities. This internship role is hybrid, based in Navi Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities may include conducting market and consumer research, preparing presentations and reports, and assisting with project management for new initiatives.

The intern will help coordinate cross-functional work between product, operations, and marketing, including tracking progress, documenting decisions,



and maintaining key dashboards. Additional tasks may involve drafting communication materials, supporting investor or partner outreach, and contributing to process improvement and growth experiments as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data clearly.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication, including creating presentations, reports, and concise documentation.
- Basic familiarity with business, startup operations, or consumer goods (FMCG) is preferred.
- Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, project management tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned projects.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, management, economics, or a related field (other disciplines with strong interest in startups are welcome).
- Interest in food, consumer brands, and early-stage startups, with readiness to learn directly from the founding team.
