Job DescriptionChawla Finance is looking for a proactive and responsible Field Officer to manage field operations, conduct client verifications, visit Non-Performing Asset (NPA) and defaulter accounts, and facilitate loan recovery.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable travelling within the assigned area, and possess their own two-wheeler for field visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Verification: Conduct physical verification of clients, residential addresses, business premises and other relevant details.
- NPA and Defaulter Visits: Visit customers with overdue loans, NPA accounts and defaulted payments to assess account status and follow up on outstanding dues.
- Loan Recovery: Coordinate with clients for the recovery of overdue instalments and outstanding loan amounts.
- Client Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repayment schedules and pending payments.
- Field Operations: Manage all assigned field activities, including customer visits, document collection and verification.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field visits,



verification findings, recovery progress and customer interactions.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the office team and management to provide timely updates on field activities and recovery cases.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must own a bike or scooty and have a valid driving licence.
- Must be residing within approximately 5–7 km of Vikaspuri, New Delhi.
- Should be comfortable conducting daily field visits and interacting with clients.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Must be responsible, punctual and capable of independently managing assigned field tasks.
- Prior experience in loan recovery, collections, field verification or banking/NBFC operations will be preferred.
