Role Description This full-time, in office Electrical Engineer role is based in Ranchi.

The Electrical

Engineer will design, review, and implement electrical systems and layouts for industrial equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include performing electrical calculations, preparing technical drawings and documentation, coordinating with mechanical and project teams, and overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical components. The role involves diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, optimizing power distribution and system performance, and supporting maintenance teams with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance plans.

Engineer will also assist in vendor coordination, cost estimation, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Engineering and Electricity fundamentals, including circuit theory and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and the ability to create schematics, layouts, and technical documentation for industrial applications.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Power Distribution, including load calculations, panel design, and distribution network planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Power Systems, including system analysis, fault diagnosis, and equipment selection.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably with heavy equipment or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency with relevant CAD and electrical design software, and familiarity with Indian and international electrical standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively on-site.
