Job Description: BIM Architect / Architectural BIM Modeler

About the Role

Virtual Building Studio (VBS) is looking for a creative and detail-oriented BIM Architect / Architectural BIM Modeler with proficiency in Revit modeling, architectural visualization, and rendering software. The ideal candidate should have experience working on US-based projects, a solid understanding of architectural modeling, and the ability to create high-quality 3D models and realistic visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
- Create 3D models and architectural visualizations using SketchUp and rendering software.
- Produce high-quality renders and walkthroughs using Enscape, D5 Render, and Lumion.
- Interpret architectural drawings, design concepts, and project specifications to develop accurate BIM models.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project coordination and consistency.
- Incorporate design revisions and feedback while maintaining model accuracy and quality.




- Follow project-specific BIM standards, workflows, and documentation requirements.
- Support the delivery of architectural projects in accordance with US project requirements and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural modeling and BIM.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural modeling.
- Hands-on experience with SketchUp and AutoCAD.
- Experience with rendering and visualization software, including Enscape, D5 Render, and Lumion.
- Previous experience working on US-based architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, design development, and 3D modeling.
- Good communication, coordination, and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks within project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience producing photorealistic architectural renders and presentation visuals.
- Familiarity with US architectural standards and construction documentation.
- Ability to translate design concepts into accurate BIM models and compelling visual presentations.
