About the Opportunity

Acunor is expanding its US recruitment operations to support a growing strategic partnership with a leading enterprise specializing in Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Advanced Analytics.

We are hiring three experienced Senior US IT Recruiters with a strong track record of delivering specialized technology talent for the US market.

This role requires more than traditional resume sourcing. We are looking for recruiters who understand complex technical requirements, engage effectively with senior technology professionals, and take end-to-end ownership of recruitment delivery.

Successful candidates will work closely with recruitment leadership and account stakeholders to build high-quality talent pipelines, improve hiring turnaround times, and support a long-term enterprise recruitment engagement.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

- Independently manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement intake and sourcing strategy through screening, submission, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Partner with account managers and delivery stakeholders to understand technical requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate expectations.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche and difficult-to-fill technology positions.
- Maintain consistent delivery quality while managing multiple active requirements.

Specialized Data & AI Recruitment





- Source and recruit professionals across Data Engineering, AI/ML, GenAI, Data Science, Cloud, and Advanced Analytics.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical skills, frameworks, and project environments relevant to these positions.
- Evaluate candidates beyond keyword matching, focusing on hands-on experience, technical depth, and project relevance.
- Build and maintain specialized talent networks for recurring and future hiring needs.

Candidate Qualification & Stakeholder Management

- Conduct comprehensive candidate screening covering technical fit, work authorization, compensation, availability, and employment preferences.
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process to improve interview attendance, offer acceptance, and joining rates.
- Coordinate effectively with internal recruitment leadership, account teams, and client-facing stakeholders.
- Provide accurate pipeline updates, market intelligence, and recruitment progress reports.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience, preferably within contract staffing or enterprise recruitment delivery.
- Proven recruitment experience in Data Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, or Analytics.
- Demonstrated success placing candidates in specialized and technically demanding roles.




- Solid understanding of US staffing models, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Good knowledge of US work authorization categories and associated recruitment considerations.
- Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems.
- Solid candidate assessment, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize requirements, manage recruitment pipelines, and consistently deliver qualified candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting large enterprise clients, consulting organizations, or technology services companies.
- Prior involvement in dedicated client recruitment teams, RPO engagements, or managed recruitment delivery models.
- Strong recruitment exposure to technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, PySpark, Azure, AWS, Python, GenAI, LLMs, and MLOps.
- Experience managing high-priority technical requirements with demanding delivery timelines.
- Established professional networks within the US Data Engineering and AI/ML talent markets.
