Role Overview

We are seeking an EHS Executive to support the implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across corporate facilities. The role will focus on compliance, audits, inspections, training, incident reporting, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Support implementation of EHS policies, procedures, and standards across the site.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Monitor compliance with statutory, environmental, and occupational health & safety requirements.
- Assist in maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Report, investigate, and track incidents, near misses, and corrective actions.




- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and mock drills.
- Deliver EHS inductions, awareness sessions, and toolbox talks.
- Monitor waste management, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain EHS records, reports, permits, and documentation.
- Work closely with facility management teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure safe operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- 3+ years of EHS experience in corporate offices, commercial buildings, facilities management, or workplace operations.
- Good understanding of Indian EHS regulations and compliance requirements.

Preferred Certifications

- NEBOSH IGC
- Diploma in Industrial Safety
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
- ISO 14001 Lead Auditor

Skills

- Knowledge of EHS compliance and audits
- Incident investigation and risk assessment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Good reporting and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
