About the Role

Revenue Analyst Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India Work Mode: Work from Office Department: Revenue Engine Salary: 10–11 LPA Reports To: Senior Revenue Manager About the Role We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to support revenue strategy, performance analysis, reporting, and pricing decisions across a portfolio of managed properties. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and a positive understanding of revenue management metrics and reporting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare daily pickup reports by property, segment, and channel.
- Prepare weekly Revenue Strategy Meeting (RSM) reports, including performance data, competitive set analysis, and demand forecasts.
- Calculate and monitor key revenue performance metrics, including NRevPAR.
- Monitor rate parity across distribution channels using Lighthouse Rate Insight.
- Analyze revenue and market data to support pricing and revenue strategy decisions.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support the revenue management team.
- Work with large datasets across multiple properties while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support regular reporting and performance analysis for senior revenue leadership.

Qualifications





- 2+ years of experience in revenue management, revenue analysis, or a related analytics role.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of revenue metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, NRevPAR, Pickup, Pace, and related performance indicators.
- Experience working with large datasets and analyzing multi-property performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with PMS reporting or revenue management systems.
- Experience with IDeaS is preferred.
- Experience with Lighthouse Rate Insight is preferred.
- / experience is required.

- Experience preparing revenue strategy reports and presentations.
- Understanding of competitive set and market analysis.
- Knowledge of distribution channels and rate parity.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
