Technical Requirements

- Strong experience in Unreal Engine and real-time 3D applications.
- Game architecture, OOP, data structures and design patterns.
- Computer graphics, texturing, shading, lighting and rendering pipelines.
- Unreal plugin development and performance optimization.
- Debugging and profiling, including memory leaks, draw calls and bottlenecks.
- Animation systems, IK/FK, retargeting and procedural content generation.
- Basic Python, file parsing and data transfer between applications.

Valuable to Have

- PS5 or other console development experience.
- Shader programming, MetaHumans and Unreal Python API.
- Digital humans, virtual characters and photogrammetry.
- Maya/3ds Max,



physics and clothing systems.
- Shipped game development experience, CI/CD and Perforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-fidelity rendering applications and optimized game systems.
- Review architecture and identify technical risks early.
- Support graphics, rendering, platform integration and performance issues.
- Build reusable tools and systems for development teams.
- Guide engineering best practices, CI/CD workflows and Perforce usage.
- Mentor junior developers and drive technical solutions.
